Rustovia maintains a strict no-refund policy. Refunds or corrections are only issued in rare cases where the issue is clearly due to an error on our end.
Players are expected to contact staff immediately if there are any problems with their purchase.
Logging into the server after making a purchase counts as acceptance of a successful delivery.
Service Usage
If you've submitted a payment-related issue, please wait for a staff response before using the service.
If you've purchased the wrong subscription or package, do not log into the server — contact us immediately so we can help.
Package Restrictions
Purchases made shortly before a wipe that appear intended to influence vote results or maps will be considered delivered and are non-refundable.
Once a package has been used, it cannot be refunded or transferred.
Gifted VIPs, gift cards, and donations are all non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for issues like network lag, high ping, game/server performance, or personal dissatisfaction with gameplay.

Additional Conditions
Purchases grant perks (e.g., reserved slots, VIP benefits) but do not exempt anyone from following server rules. If you break the rules, you may be banned without a refund.
Rustovia staff reserve the right to deny server access without refund, in accordance with local and international laws.
By making a purchase, you agree not to file false chargebacks; doing so will result in a ban from all Rustovia servers.
Subscription Responsibility
You are fully responsible for tracking your VIP subscriptions, renewal status, and the accounts they’re tied to.
If your subscription renews and you continue to use the servers, you are not eligible for a refund.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Any disputes must be submitted via a Payment Support ticket on our Discord within 30 days of the transaction; otherwise, the charge is final.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent bans from Rustovia.
EU Consumer Rights
Rustovia is a EU-based server offering global digital services. EU customers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but by purchasing and using any Rustovia service, you waive this right as the service is considered delivered once you log in or access VIP perks.
Service Changes & Maintenance
We may change our services, pricing, or features at any time. Notices will be shared at least 7 days in advance via Discord or email.
Existing subscriptions will remain under their current terms until renewal. At that point, the new terms apply. Cancel before renewal if you do not agree.
We reserve the right to temporarily disable services for maintenance, updates, or emergencies — no refunds will be issued for temporary downtime.
Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices are in EUROS. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
Payments made with Steam Skins, Rust Skins, are non-refundable due to volatility.
Auto-Renew Cancellation
To cancel auto-renewal, open a support ticket in our Discord.
Communication
All major updates or announcements will be made through our official Discord or the email connected to your account.
You must remain in the Discord server to receive critical updates and support.
